The new generation film producer, Michelle YEH, earned double degrees in both Film and French from Canada before she returned Taiwan. She started business in international film purchase, copyrights administration, marketing, DVD distribution while successfully composed a remarkable theatrical sales network. In 2003, she founded Three Dots Entertainment Limited, campaigning “Genre Films” and “Young Director”, co-production and financed by international agencies with the aim to make commercial films successful throughout world. Her first film debut was, Formula 17 (CHEN Yin-jung, 2004), which became a huge hit. Follow by the success, the ghost movie The Heirloom (Leste CHEN, 2005) also exceeded box-office records. Other films included, The Shoe Fairy and My DNA Says I Love You (Robin LEE, 06 and 07), Catch (CHEN Yin-jung, 2006) and the first ever slasher movie in Taiwan Invitation Only (Kevin KO, 2008). In recent years, she has developed several film projects with the co-production teams from mainland China, such as Snowfall in Taipei (Jianqi HUO, 2009) which is selected into competition at Tokyo Film Festival. Her last feature is Love in Disguise (WANG Leehom, 2010).
International professional experience
